Jerome is a highly experienced Physical Therapist with over three decades of clinical practice across the full continuum of care, including acute hospital, neurological, outpatient orthopedics, home health, and occupational health settings. A graduate of UERM Memorial Medical Center in Manila, Jerome has built his career in the United States, gaining diverse experience through practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Jerome’s clinical approach is rooted in orthopaedic manual therapy, with a focus on the spine, shoulder, and lumbopelvic stabilization. He has completed advanced training in Dry Needling (DN-1 & DN-2) and is currently progressing through the Spinal Manipulative Therapy series in pursuit of his Diploma in Osteopractic through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. His extensive post-graduate training includes Cyriax, Paris, McKenzie, Mulligan, and McConnell techniques, and he is ASTYM certified.

Throughout his career, Jerome has also served as a Functional Capacity Evaluator, clinic developer, and department manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both patient care and clinical operations. He has contributed to the profession as a clinical instructor and adjunct lecturer at Thomas Jefferson University and UERM College of Medicine and Physical Therapy.

Outside the clinic, Jerome is a former competitive swimmer, which informs his understanding of athletic performance, movement efficiency, and recovery. He brings a thoughtful, hands-on, and patient-centered approach to care, with a continued commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
